Selected Cases
Prior to coming to the Bar, Tadross practised in criminal law for over nine years, most recently as a prosecutor at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (NSW).
Tadross has appeared as an advocate in criminal proceedings before the Local, District and Supreme Courts.
Outside of criminal law, Tadross has experience across a broad range of family law issues, including complex financial and parenting disputes. Tadross appears regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in both city and regional registries.
Criminal Law
R v Sarkis (No 2) [2023] NSWDC 479 – appeared as defence counsel at trial for an offence of attempt to break and enter a dwelling house with intent to steal. Jury discharged because the prosecution gave them footage which had audio included which aborted the trial.
R v Bennett [2022] NSWDC 321 – appeared for the prosecution
R v Paddison (No.2) [2021] NSWDC 470 – appeared for the prosecution for firearm offences. Home detention ordered.
R v Lynn [2020] NSWDC 390 – appeared for the prosecution for two offences of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
R v Keane; R v Keane; R v Ponting [2019] NSWDC 591 – appeared for the prosecution against three defendants convicted of robbery and assault charges.
NW v George; SW v George [2016] NSWSC 296 – appeared in a Supreme Court appeal against a Magistrate’s decision to order a non-intimate forensic procedure.

Family Law

Sutton & Barclay [2025] FedCFamC2F 575 - appeared for the father who given time with his child despite the mother seeking he have ‘no time’.
Kirsch & Pelzer [2025] FedCFamC2F 283 – appeared as counsel for the Independent Childrens Lawyer.
